Rachel Leviss recalls ‘awful’ dynamic with ex-fiancé James Kennedy

Rachel “Raquel” Leviss considered reports that Ally Lewber is pending James Kennedy following his arrest for misdemeanor domestic violence.

Leviss, 30, went on Instagram on Friday, December 13, to share a screenshot of a TMZ headline who called Kennedy’s December 10 arrest a “misunderstanding.” The network reported Friday that Kennedy, 32, and Lewber, 28, “remain together” following the incident.

“The number of times I’ve convinced myself that the abuse I endured by James Kennedy Georgiou was a ‘misunderstanding’ is horrifying,” Leviss captioned her post on the grid, prompting her nearly 600,000 followers to listen her episode of April 23″.Rachel goes rogue” podcast.

In that episode, Leviss spoke with psychiatrist Dr. Gail Saltz about bad relationships and how to stop repeating mistakes.

“If you’re listening…this is the pdf sent by my therapist that I was referring to,” she wrote on Instagram Stories on Friday, where she shared three pages describing different types of abuse, including physical, sexual, verbal and emotional/ mental.

“We are aware of the recent arrest of James Kennedy for domestic violence. This news, unfortunately, is not surprising,” Leviss’ lawyers, Mark Geragos and Bryan Freedmanhe said We weekly in a statement Thursday, December 12. “Rachel’s (revenge porn) trial describes, in significant detail, Mr. Kennedy’s long history of erratic, violent behavior and substance abuse.”

In March, Leviss sued Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval for revenge porn, wiretapping, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress. (Leviss had an affair with Sandoval, 42, which led to Madix ending their nine-year relationship. Madix, 39, was later dropped from the complaint.)

Us confirmed on Thursday that Kennedy was arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence following an alleged altercation with an unknown woman earlier this week. He was released on $20,000 bond.

Friday, a source said exclusively Us that Kennedy’s arrest was based on “a complete misunderstanding.”

“They were arguing and a neighbor was outside and heard them fighting and called the police and they came,” said a source close to the situation. Usreferring to Kennedy and Lewber. The insider also claimed that Lewber has no plans to move forward with the charges.

Kennedy and Lewber have been together since 2022. Hours before Kennedy’s arrest, the pair stepped out at Kathy Hiltonhis Christmas party in Los Angeles.

An eyewitness exclusively said Us that kennedy seemed to be “in high spirits” during a portion of the party.

“(James) and Ally were hugging and taking photos,” the source said Us. “She seemed like she was in a good space and she was dancing and singing and having fun.”

A second insider, however, claimed that Kennedy was “running around” the party, “causing a scene.”

“His friend was chasing him from Kathy’s basement all the way to Kathy’s yard, and James looked crazy as he ran,” the second source said. Us. “The guy chasing him almost fell into the pool and dropped a lantern into the pool, causing a huge scene. Everyone was wondering what was going on.”

Nick Viallin turn, seemed to confirm account, claiming on his eponymous podcast that he witnessed Kennedy “barking orders” at his friend during the party. (Kennedy did not respond to the claims. Us (I’ve reached out for comment.)

“I was (shocked) and his friend just took the drink and James kept walking. I was like, ‘That was crazy,'” Viall, 44, said. “Ten minutes earlier, I met this guy who he introduced as his best friend and then 10 minutes later he’s barking orders,” Viall said on Thursday’s episode.

Lewber has not publicly addressed the incident. Us contacted for comment.
