The Florence County Sheriff’s Office said the charges stem from a Nov. 1 incident at a home on Old Creek Road in Scranton.

Deputies said Christopher Lovin allegedly assaulted a victim following a verbal argument. Meanwhile, Kallie Lovin is accused of pointing a gun at the victim and pulling the trigger — but the gun didn’t go off, according to deputies.

Christopher Lovin was released Wednesday morning on a $1,000 bond, records show.

As of 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, Kallie Lovin remains in jail.
