Arrests for Target Thefts

On December 9, at the Target on South Gateway Drive, First Sergeant DF Purcell responded to an active theft incident while on anti-theft patrol. A man, Quinten Howard, 40, is accused of stealing nearly $190 worth of items and was found to have outstanding warrants for robbery, breaking and entering, possession of a controlled substance and trespassing. He was arrested and held without bail. Two female accomplices were issued summonses for shoplifting.
