Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with two new lawsuits accusing him of sexual assaults both a 10-year-old and a 17-year-old boy.

Both lawsuits were filed by lawyer Tony Busbee with the New York State Supreme Court, according to documents obtained by Variety Monday, October 28. The first lawsuit detailed an alleged 2005 attack on a 10-year-old boy who wanted to become an actor or rapper.

The victim, who is named John Doe, currently lives in California. He claimed in the filing that his parents flew him from Los Angeles to New York to meet Diddy, 55, for an “audition” and consultation.

When the family arrived, Diddy allegedly asked to meet the boy alone in front of his family, which they agreed to. The boy was dropped off at Diddy’s hotel and left alone to rap for Diddy, who told the kid he could “make him a star.”

Doe claimed he was asked how bad it was he wanted to be famous and told Diddy “like any 10-year-old, he’d ‘do anything.’ Then one of Diddy’s employees gave the boy a soda that made him feel “a little funny.”

Lawyers for the alleged victim claimed Diddy spiked the juice with “including but not limited to GHB and/or ecstasy.” The boy was told that “you have to do some things you don’t want to do sometimes” after Diddy pushed him to the ground.

Diddy allegedly exposed himself to the child and told the boy to “kiss” his penis, but he refused. Diddy then forced the boy to perform oral sex, and he soon passed out, according to the claim.

When he woke up, Doe claimed, “Diddy’s pants were unzipped and his anus and butt hurt.” When the boy cried and asked for his parents, Diddy told him that he would hurt his parents if he told anyone what happened.

Doe’s attorneys claimed that when the consultant returned to the hotel to pick him up, she noticed he was “the shaken one.” When the boy was reunited with his parents, they said he was “lethargic and acting different”.

In the nearly 20 years since the alleged incident, Doe claimed to have suffered from “severe depression and anxiety that leaves him hopeless and exhausted.”

“The attorney behind this lawsuit is more interested in media attention than the truth, as evidenced by his constant media appearances and 1-800 number,” Diddy’s rep said. The victim alleged that during three separate auditions for the show, Diddy forced him to perform sexual acts on himself and his bodyguard, whom he named “T.” The alleged exchanges were a test to see how much the teenager wanted to become a singer, according to the lawsuit.

The plaintiff claimed that after Diddy saw how uncomfortable he was with the situation, he told him he would “keep an eye” on Doe. The victim was eventually eliminated from the competition.

Diddy makes headlines in November 2023 when his ex-girlfriend cassia they accused him of sexual assault during their on-and-off romance. Diddy denied the claims but settled out of court with her that same month.

Less than a year later, Diddy was arrested on September 6 for racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution. In a 14-page indictment unsealed that month, Diddy was accused of threatening, coercing and abusing women “to fulfill his sexual desires.”

Since his — Diddy’s incarceration the trial is set for May 2025 — and more women and men have come forward with accusations of sexual assault. (Diddy maintained his innocence, but he was refused bail several times.)

Buzbee submitted five lawsuits on behalf of different clients on Oct. 20 for incidents that allegedly occurred between 2000 and 2002. On Wednesday, Oct. 25, a woman filed her own lawsuit, with the help of attorney Buzbee, alleging that when she was 19-year-old university student in 2004, Diddy raped her at a hotel party.

The woman claimed Diddy threatened to kill her if she didn’t do what he asked after he forced his classmate to perform oral sex on her while she was in the room. Diddy’s team released a statement similar to the one above, saying Us“Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are ridiculous on their face or demonstrably false.”
